I became 1 MM during COVID- got a gift card for $250 or $300. No one from Delta ever said anything to me. I even had to email to get my gift card. On 8/10 flights in First Class or Delta One purser never acknowledges my status as a DM and MM. I even emailed Delta and asked if I could get what they are offering now for MM and they said no. My friend is 1k With United and her status gets acknowledged on every flight. Does anyone else have the same experience? Are there that many MM's out there? Flew Delta One the other day from Italy to make it fair purser didnt acknowledge anyones status as I was listening. I get better service on Air France and KLM and will begin flying Skyteam partners on international flights and Delta only on domestic.
