Madison Lounge & Bar, Manila Hilton.

While staying for three nights at the Sheraton Manila in the same building, I went down with Mrs. SPN Lifer to the Madison Lounge & Bar and spent $7.91 (PhP 452.39, Philippine Pesos) at their Grab 'n Go for lunch, using my No Annual Fee Hilton AmEx card.

I said that my Hilton Honors number was on the card, but instead the cashier entered my credit card number in that space on the receipt. So I did not get further points as a Hilton Gold member.

Still, the billing appeared as:

HILTON MANILA-MADISON . . . . . . PASAY
FAST FOOD RESTAURANT

Most importantly, I got the standard 3 points per dollar "AmEx Card Points on Eligible Spend" (24 points) plus the additional 4 points per dollar "Hilton Card Bonus Pts on Hilton Spend" (32 points).

These appeared both in my Hilton app (separately, 24 + 32 points) and in my AmEx PDF statement (combined, 56 points). So the restaurant spend should count for the Hilton AmEx Surpass card $50 quarterly credit "for purchases made directly with a property in the Hilton portfolio".

There are two more expensive restaurants and another bar on property: Hua Yuan (Shanghainese cuisine with a modern twist), Kusina (buffet-style restaurant), and Port (craft beer, whisky and dark rum).
