Would lowes.com double dip for both online and home improvement? I know it counts as home improvement from past experience. I see nothing in the fine print which would exclude it from counting as an online purchase


I am curious as to how Citi would be able to determine if an online purchase was made via a computer vs mobile web browser. It says in the fine print only a computer connected device would count as online purchases.

You can use the desktop version on your phone, there are multiple different browsers now for phones, 5G internet and starlink exist now.
