In the past I had no issues logging in with Turkish, as OTP (one time passwords) for authentication went to my email.

Now they will only deliver to phone via SMS, and I have been effectively locked out.

Has anyone else not received SMS verification?

In my case, my phone number appears to have an extra 1 in it (country code duplicate), which isn't an issue when sending/receiving, but I wonder if this could be an issue on their end.

In case anyone else has had difficulties/been locked out of their account, does anyone know next steps to resolve this? I cannot fix the phone number associated, as I cannot log in.
