- Porcini Tortelloni - well, I don't know where the mushrooms were in this, but it was a pretty decent pasta execution all said and done, if a little cheesy (stuffing and top sauce). No real complaints, especially as I hadn't eaten prior to this meal! . . .

I'm a bit sad they didn't make the pasta a little smaller, so then it could be Porcini Tortellini.
The difference between tortelloni and tortellini is not merely size, though the former is indeed larger.
Tortelloni, as depicted, "is a type of stuffed pasta common in northern Italy, with a shape similar to tortellini, but larger and with a
cheese-based filling. It is traditionally stuffed with ricotta, Parmesan, leafy herbs or vegetables such as parsley or spinach, egg, and nutmeg." [Emphasis added.]

Tortellini, on the other hand, "is stuffed with a mix of meat (pork loin, prosciutto, mortadella), Parmesan cheese, egg, and nutmeg and served in capon broth (in brodo di cappone)."
"While tortellini has a meat-based filling, tortelloni is filled with ricotta and sometimes with parsley or spinach."

Without the meat, a tortelloni can never become a tortellini.
Porcini is an edible mushroom.
