If you book an award using the 10K award discount, what happens if you have to cancel? For example, let's say you bought an 80K award for 70K. I can think of three possibilities:
  • 80K is returned to your account
  • 70K is returned to your account, and the award discount is reinstated for future use
  • 70K is returned to your account, but the award discount is forfeited
