I had a business class ticket and upgraded to business suites through a bid on the outbound and the a last minute airport upgrade on the inbound. The flights should be credited according to the original purchase but they didn't credit at all with the upgrade bid and correctly registered with the last minute upgrade. I very seldom had a MH ticket correctly show up on my QR account, so 1 missing flight is not the end of the world, although it takes forever to get this credited because of MH's ancient verification processes.
