Having flown a couple of BA short-hauls recently, I was pleased to see most of them credited within 3 to 6 days, which is more than can be said for BAEC where they never used to credit without retro-claiming - manually as well (email or phone), as the web form was perpetually broken.

With last week's most recent BA flight not posting, a first for me since joining Enrich, I have just filed my first missing points claim. Perhaps prematurely; might have given it a bit more time but was keen to see how the MH claims process compares. Let's see if they really do need 6 to 8 weeks for verification and processing.
