I'm traveling with my two young girls and thought the Ziva los Cabos may be a better alternative with them. We left off. She said she was going to talk to them and get back in touch with me.
I'll go to either property but don't want to fork the points over for an inferior stay.
I just had my second phone call with a woman named Beverly. She said they wouldn't do Ziva and offered to move me to Thompson at my expense or 10,000 points total. I am not sure what dept. she is but it's not the concierge department. When she realized I was a Globalist she recommended I go through my concierge. I'll keep you posted.
