Unfortunately, it seems that these flights operate from/to the Infield Concourse, which has a few knock-on effects: need to take a bus to the gate, the lounge is in the main terminal and quite a hike from the bus boarding area, and amenities are comparatively sparse in the gate area. On the other hand, it seems to me that the Infield Concourse is a lot less congested than the main Terminal 3 building, so it’s not all bad.
