Full body: dents, paint chips, glass cracks, missing trim

Of course the question exists, in the event of a Hertz damage claim at, or weeks or months following, a return, how transparent/willing will Hertz be in providing the Hertz renter with access to the prior scan (and what of the period of time between the prior scan and when the car was picked up)... and separately, what about providing the prior scan to the renter at pickup so they know the status?

It shouldn't just be what the vehicle was like when it was last dropped off, but I would reject any damage claim from Hertz (or any other agency using this tech) unless I am able to go through the same system when I pick the car up.
