I think fraisse has a genuine beef about bassinets - that is simply not good enough. BOM are a bit of a challenge.

However, I really like having a certain percentage of seats held back for OLCI and those with status. As someone who's plans frequently change at the last minute (and thus often travel on full fare tix), why should I be consigned to a middle seat downstairs in J as a penalty for booking late?
