This is a reputable agency, but as many will tell you, this comes at a cost ... if you want to make any changes or ask for a refund ... they will have fees for their services. You get what you pay for - if you fly these as booked, you save a lot of money. To be clear, we are not talking about schedule changes or re-accomodations resulting from that - that's free; the issues comes when you want to do anything 'voluntary'
I have has several instances where making changes via an OTA following an airline schedule change has been very difficult and sometimes not possible with the only offer being to take it or get a refund. And this was through Expedia who are supposedly the 'not bad'.
