Hi, last night i tried transferring miles from my Etihad account to my sister's but kept on getting an error. Both our accounts have had activity in the past 12 months. I tried three devices and multiple browsers, cleared cache and also tried in private browsing mode but couldn't get it to work. I've now emailed
[email protected], upon the advice of an agent I was chatting with. Has anyone else got this error and have a workaround? I'm hoping this gets resolved soon because she needs the miles for booking an award ticket. Thanks
