I love the HR Lake WA, but for tourism you're probably better off staying downtown if that's where you'll be spending your time. Without traffic it's 20 minutes + and parking to be downtown. You could drive to the light rail station south of the airport to ride down, but that will take longer. We live a bit outside of Seattle and go the the Lake WA Hyatt for a staycation and try to time it when nice weather. Being on the lake is great and the area is pretty quiet there.
