Do Dinner menu

Unlike in previous years Japan Do Dinner 2025 will be western-style which might an antidote after a lot of (raw) seafood. My own record is 3 Kaisendon lunches in 3 days on one of ny previous visits to Kanazawa. There are two prix fixe menus of five or six courses at ¥5,500 or ¥6,500. The six course menu is the same as the five course menu plus an additional pasta course. You can choose Wagyu beef main for ¥1,000 extra. Drinks will be extra. PLEASE BRING CASH.
