Interesting -- I believe I found a workaround.

You can pull up your receipt using your ticket number: https://www.aa.com/your-receipts/#
If you don't remember your ticket number, you can find it when accessing your booking on RJ.com (using amadeus PNR)
If you don't know your amadeus PNR, then you'd have to call AA.

Again, this only works if you ticketed with AA.
