I am flying AA from Naples to Chicago (change) to LAX. There is no indication that we need to change terminals on the AA web site for our flight. But I noticed that the Rome to Chicago to LAX flights indicate that a change in terminal will be required. Are there really two different international arrival arrangements for AA at ORD or is the web site information incorrect?
Yes, you will arrive into T5 (the international terminal) and your connecting flight to LAX will depart from T3. After you clear immigration and customs in T5, there is a landside train that connects T5>T3. It's only about a 1-2 minute ride.
