Flying from DEL today as a Delta Gold, and was told at check-in that Skyteam Elite+ members do not have access to the Encalm Prive lounge when flying Virgin, but Delta Platinum/Diamond members would have access. Based on the Skyteam Lounge Finder website listing, it looks like you'd have access as Elite+ flying KLM/AF as well.

The "regular" Encalm lounge had crazy long lines, and I believe Air India elites, etc. are also being redirected to Encalm Prive during their lounge renovations. So finding a quiet spot at the gates seemed to be the best option...
