After 25 years of the BAEC, 20 as Gold and the last 10 as GGL, I am joining the misery club and April 30 2026 is final liberation day for me, as for many others here. It is abundantly clear that BA IAG has precisely no interest in learning what its previously loyal customers value. Whilst I absolutely respect the views of others here who express the opinion that BA IAG are worried about forward bookings, I fear that BA IAG suffers from such a chronic case of corporate hubris that the only way to respond is to vote with one’s feet. Like others here have said, I used to get asked regularly what I thought about things various. Not any more. Let’s be realistic - BA IAG doesn’t give a stuff about us. Rant over!
