Not sure if it's the right thread for it.

Just got a call from Air Canada (strangely, not email) asking if I'm willing to switch my YOW-YYZ-YYC-YEG flight on the 19 to YOW-YYZ-YEG because my YYZ-YYC leg is oversold (it got down gauged from A321 to A320), and ask if I'm willing to volunteer to surender my seat.

I asked the agent if I will get the original routing credit, he said "Oh .... You're doing that. No, you will only get the one segment, but no worries thank you for your time."

Pretty strange, it's the second time I got a call from Air Canada regarding my upcoming flight.
