Nope! I flew AMS-FCO-EZE purely on AZ last month. Entered my FB-details, but initially didn't credit. After waiting for 14 days, I filed a 'claim' to credit my miles with FB and they did within 24 hours!
Since I have loads of ETCV vouchers with ITA, I am trying to plan a nice trip with ITA, but prefer to credit to FB.
In worst case I credit to Volare and transfer the miles eventually to AllAccor for example for free hotel nights.
