I attempted to visit on Monday late afternoon. I was quoted "about 35 minutes" when I checked in. This was perfect as I was scheduled to be boarding in 35 minutes. I slinked over to the AA lounge.

I turned around and looked in and could easily count 4 open tables, and all but one seat along the rail looking out was empty.

Absolutely infuriating. I have photos but don't know whom to complain to be effective.
