Seems no soft landing (maybe I misunderstood you?).
I qualified for Plat in 2023.
Did not requalify for any MH status in 2024.
I was soft landed to Gold for 2025-6.
Companion was not soft landed for 2025-6 - is now Blue.

Cancel one passenger for partner award ticket question . However I've spent the morning replacing her Enrich number with JGC this morn to reinstate her OWS privileges across our upcoming year's oneworld travel by MMB/phone/chat.
