Same here. Purchased 3/20 for flight 4/23. Here we are 18 days later and card not yet charged for flight leaving in 16 days. I have a "booking reference number" and a "check-in reference number" when I view "My Booking" on "MyCondor" page. The initial confirmation email on 3/20 says in big letters "You're Booked" and the total price. The email has an attached PDF invoice which says 'Payment by Credit Card' (but no last 4 given). Flying PHX-SEA-FRA 4/23 - 4/30 but could not get either Alaska Air nor Condor Air website to book as single itinerary. So booked one itinerary PHX-SEA on Alaska (yes that charge posted), then separate itinerary on Condor website for SEA to FRA. 2 hour layover each way (carry on only). Guess I'll update you if I get on board in 16 days.

Edit: credit card finally charged on 4/10, 21 days after purchase.
