The easiest way to avoid CET resort fees is to book elsewhere.
In Vegas there are lots of moderately priced hotels near the big properties, and the resort fees easily cover a round trip uber.

In my case the easiest way was to spend $5K ( via an offer directed to me) on My CET credit card.
I received Diamond, 5k TC, $50 in reward credits and one night in a suite at Paris.
I now have 6k Tier credits ( another offer I recieved was to spend $500 get 1k TC) so I should actually make Diamond for 2026
