Sometimes it seems like a bare majority. And AS is well-known for running hours behind schedule without explanation or apology... last time I did SEA-LAX we were 3.5 hors late owing to equipment out of position. Tore up everyone's day, and not a soul did anything but shrug and grimace.

If that captain in MCO acted differently, good for him -- it doesn't happen often enough at AS.
