Availability was possible sometimes on AF web site, but note on KL site, then available on AF Android app...
On KLM it was crashing befor actual payment, on AF crash happened at payment processing of my perfectly valid AMEXAF...
I tried over one month w/o success
Call the standard AF PRemium HL which was clueless
Ended it up by cashing a UA award on Thai Airways BKK/VTE and paying a ticket on Air Asia LPQ/DMK
Doesn't look good. I also try to book USM-SIN for a day now - I would say that 13k miles + 20 Euro is quite ok for that route (BKK airways asks 250 Euro, Scoot without any bag at least 100 Euro). THe very same bug as in the screenshot. The app comes through, but upon payment 'an unknown error' shows up. I had hoped the plat line would be of help and will try that tomorrow - but it seems not a certainty this will work.
