I was able to chat with a nice rep. It sounds like CKs will still be called before other pre-boards, which is good! I suggested that they consider adjusting the website (and procedures) to not call F/J pre-boards and just say pre-boards (CK and extra time), F/J and then group 1. The whole pre-board name will cause issues when GAs announce that they are pre-boarding.

Related - I also suggested that when there are reps at the gate and a CK is not there at the 40 minute mark (e.g., carrying just a briefcase or backpack), they offer walk CKs down the jet bridge to skip the line if people want that. This happens at LHR and it is great.
