At least they address the fact that there is criticism and they have to do it to "stay competitive" (i.e., make more $$$)... better than gaslighting us on the homepage with "Exciting changes to your Award Flights from 3 June 2025"
My recommendation to burn miles for those who have too many: Get Three Segment Tickets out of the Far East in F (NRT/ICN) via EU to US and keep moving them around. Ideally also adding Companion Fare to it. Costs 465k Miles and taxes pp of max 500$. Just requires flexibility and some forward planning.
