I haven't received the email yet but I did receive the call tonight. She was very nice. She was going to move us to the Cape but we would be paying the points. I said if I wanted to stay at the Cape, I would have booked it myself.
I'm traveling with my two young girls and thought the Ziva los Cabos may be a better alternative with them. We left off. She said she was going to talk to them and get back in touch with me.
I'll go to either property but don't want to fork the points over for an inferior stay.
