As an experienced traveler, I am fully aware that airport staff, including those at the entrance to lounges, are often misinformed about rules and rule changes. They are also quite inflexible about the rules, even when they are wrong. This is why I am less interested in what is on the website, and more interested in what is actually happening in the airport.
