Just got the call then email (below) offering only 10,000 compensation. Have other had any look requesting additional compensation?

This delay will impact your reservation, however, as an alternative option, we have made arrangements to relocate your reservation to a nearby comparable hotel: The Cape, A Thompson Hotel.

Guest using World of Hyatt points and free night awards can rebook at the Cape using the guests' points/awards along with providing 10, 000 points for compensation.
