Yes TK will rebook to the next TK flight with available seats in your service class even if it means waiting days for the next available flight. However, do keep in mind that even if all LHR flights look sold out to you, other pax can misconnect and seats will become available last minute. On a busy route like LHR it is very likely that standby pax will travel sooner or later same day or the next. You will have to argue/be very persisitent to get rebooked OAL, i.e. to BA or LH via FRA/MUC. Try it but expect a "No".
Anyway, even if your flight arrived with a delay of 1 hour you will most likely make to the gate of your LHR flight in time/before gate closing. No need to worry to much with a transfer time of 1h50min.
My thinking is at 50 mins, I am going to say 10 mins off the plane, 20 mins rush across the airport and either gate will be closing or closed. I guess we will see if we missconnect or end up staying their longer then we expect. I will feedback in a week, thank you
