MAD T5 has an insane amount of walking especially if one is in S, Would you prefer mid field terminals like LHR T2 or many others where you have lots of walking AND then buses and more walking? Or how about ATL where you might have lots of walking, then a shuttle and then possibly more walking. Ever connect CDG T2B to one of the K,L,M gates? Symptom of a very large airport.
