I used my Amex Biz Plat to dine at the restaurant at the Doubletree Chelsea NY last month & the charge appeared as the Doubletree, but I never received the $50 Hilton credit. I just used the chat feature & a CS agent ended up issuing a manual $50 credit as he said the charge qualified!
