Trying to book an award seat for my infant (< 2 year old). I'm not talking about lap infant, I want him to have his own seat. I know this is not something that can be done online so I called the PSL. I was told this was not possible and the child needed to have his seat fully paid in cash. Searching through this forum, it sounds like people have done it in the past so I'm a bit surprised. Is this a new rule? Shall I HUCA? Any insights appreciated
