Everything was flawless: upgraded to Junior Suite, welcome amenity, but above all the lovely staff. From kids club to Executive Lounge staff: they where all great. Daughter got a Hilton bear from Lili Yulianti.
Lounge was very quiet during our stay. During our quick visits there we where mostly the only guests. Breakfast is still good, looks like the setup is somewhat smaller compared to last year.
Lili Yulianti is great. Very good service, and detail to attention.
I only ate breakfast downstairs, as I always felt the lounge breakfast was minimal. We were there during Ramadan, and as it often happens, service declines overall. The Exec lounge did seem a better during our visit last year.
There are a lot of new staff here. One thing I noticed was my breakfast server would keep going into a far corner, and text for few minutes. That’s just not the norm at nicer properties in Indonesia. I can’t recall ever seeing it before at a Hilton property here.
