It is very random, no idea when and where this would strike!

I am in the midst of a long trip with many BonVoy bookings due to the Q1 promo.

Just discovered 1 night out of 3 individual booked nights upcoming stay at AC Vicenza, Italy, disappeared from My Trip both in the APO and on website.

All 3 reservations were there just 2 days ago when I last looked at My Trip!

As previous bad experience, website gave error when I tried to add it back using reservation number thru the missing upcoming trip page. APP allows me to add it back. After this was done the reservation showed up in My Trip both on APP and on website.

This is really disturbing that one has to check reservations to make sure they are still intact!
