Yes.

Booked standard, received standard.

Did you receive elite benefits?

• Complimentary Room Upgrade – No. The hotel was almost full and they said they don’t upgrade to suites.
  
• Complimentary Breakfast – Yes (but my rate also included it).
  
• Early Check-In – Not requested.
  
• Late Check-Out – Yes, 3 PM.
  
• In-Room Welcome Gift – Yes, a local gluten-free sweet bread and two bottles of water.
  

How are the rooms?
OK.

What was good and what was bad?
The location for skiing is excellent. Breakfast is also good.

Value for money or points? Would you return?
The price was good. I would return if I want to have a ski holiday in Trysil.
