Stayed here because I had an AM flight out of LHR. Nothing special, but it suited my needs for a hotel that was close to LHR.

Checked in late evening after my day in the city. Upgraded to a larger corner room, offered points or F&B credit, and given my choice of an alcoholic or non-alcoholic welcome drink (way to sweet and not something I would get again - but then again it was free). Two bottles of water, snacks, and a handwritten note were already in the room.

Got to hotel by taking the Tube to Hounslow West. Crossed the street to the very crowded bus stop - turns out traffic was pretty backed up in that part of town (lots of consecutive/short traffic lights, so traffic was barely moving)...took 15-20 min to hop on a bus. In the morning, caught the last N9 to LHR - easy peasy.
