As a non-smoker, this is excellent news, particularly when eating lunch / dinner and not having to deal with cigar(/ette) smoke from the inconsiderate few ...

Incidentally, there are particularly emotional arguments ongoing all over the country at the moment, especially from the Bar Owners who claim that there will be wholesale job losses from all the punters who stay away from the smoke-free pubs !!!

Anyway, should be interesting ..
