I have no doubt it helped. But I suspect they would've done it as Plat as well, since it was a PSL agent who helped out with it. There wasn't even a moment of hesitation, but I admitted that I was the buffoon for having made the mistake, and they were kind. Status would definitely help, but I also don't think it is a given. After all, the contract is that we need to pay the change fee, so they'd be in their right to say no.
