I use the secure messaging to request my credits (and have done three times now, over 3-4 years). For my last message I wrote:

Have not received USD200.00 Reward Flight Statement Credit benefit for Avios reward booking made and paid for with British Airways card on 17 March 2024, total charge of USD3600.00 (USD900.00 x4). Booking is in Club World business class, and used 400000 Avios and Chase Companion Vouchers. This is the 3rd year in a row I have had to request the credit. It is not appearing automatically as it should. I have spoken to British Airways Executive Club and they have referred me back to Chase, who have previously processed the credits.
I attached a PDF of the booking confirmation email with the relevant parts highlighted.

I got an acknowledgement about 2 weeks later, then for a couple of weeks after that a holding message:

This is a follow-up message on this British Airways account, regarding the non-receipt of a Rewards Flight Statement Credit benefit for booking ID "X." This message is to advise your case is still open while we await British Airways response. Allow up to approximately seven business days to receive a follow-up message. We hope this information was helpful, and thank you for choosing Chase.
Eventually, about 6 weeks after submitting the request, I got the credit. At least via secure message, there's a trail, and you don't have to explain it all over again when calling.
