Have not received USD200.00 Reward Flight Statement Credit benefit for Avios reward booking made and paid for with British Airways card on 17 March 2024, total charge of USD3600.00 (USD900.00 x4). Booking is in Club World business class, and used 400000 Avios and Chase Companion Vouchers. This is the 3rd year in a row I have had to request the credit. It is not appearing automatically as it should. I have spoken to British Airways Executive Club and they have referred me back to Chase, who have previously processed the credits.

Eventually, about 6 weeks after submitting the request, I got the credit. At least via secure message, there's a trail, and you don't have to explain it all over again when calling.
