I"m in the same boat as several of have posted on this thread, i.e., I need to drop off my elderly father at Newark Airport (Terminal C) for an upcoming flight. I did request wheelchair assistance and this was confirmed. However, I'm a bit in the dark as to where to exactly drop him off for this service. He cannot walk more than 100 feet so I can't park and guide him through the airport - that's not an option. The agent I spoke to simply said "curbside" but that's not terribly helpful given that there are multiple levels at Terminal C. The United website states that the wheelchair assistance area is Level 2, near door 4. Have others done this and is the location correct? Newark is a maze and I'm trying to avoid driving in circles.
