Flew back from Budapest yesterday. I think BA should fly their Heathrow & Gatwick teams to Budapest to learn how their agent executes the boarding process seamlessly and the benefits it brings to customer satisfaction of their loyal customers. Group 0 was called, followed 2 minutes later by Group 1. Everyone boarding had to show their boarding passes and anyone who was not Group 0/ 1 was sent back to 'try again' later! It worked really well...so much so, we left 15 minutes early!
