I received back the difference, but in voucher denominated in Dirham and only payable in cash in Casablanca TK office. Luckily the pax is from there and got the money from TK.
So that means the tix was issued in Morocco. EUR exchange rate (if you have selected this option) on the day applies if you dont want to pay in local currency..
