Had a 3 night stay in March and the lounge was amazing! Loved the food offerings, breakfast and dinner spreads were amazing. We came from a stay at Park Hyatt Kyoto to Grand Hyatt Fukuoka and even though the rooms were dated, we still had an amazing time. We used a SUA and paid the cash rate which ended up being around $485 for 3 nights (and had an Amex offer for $50 off which made it sweeter!). Management left fruits in the room everyday and even the white strawberries on our last night!
