Diamond here: received no welcome amenity gift or daily water. Was also not offered free breakfast until I asked at check in. Was told I was not eligible for free breakfast considering I’d booked on points. I gently questioned it and the young man who was very nice said “Yeah I know if I try to plug it in, the system will reject”. He tried anyway and it was accepted so he said “oh this policy must’ve changed recently, it worked”.
