Even a "downgraded" lounge as it might be compared to the other 2 it's still much better than the KL lounge (no clue about the ULTI room).
That being said there are few subscription options, I'm not sure I would pay the extra for the lounge access if you already have it on all your flights going through AMS, especially as I usually prefer short connections anyway.
